Exciting developments for St Paul’s Warragul Junior School
Date: March 9, 2021
The ‘turning of the sod’ on-site at St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School’s Warragul Junior School recently took place, signifying the commencement of an exciting new building development, thanks to funding from the Victorian Government.
Late in 2019 the school received advice from the Minister of Education, The Hon James Merlino MP, that an application for a grant under the 2019–2020 Non-Government Schools Capital Fund had been successful for an amount of $2M.
This grant, along with a contribution from the School’s Building Fund (total cost $2.64M), will be used to construct the new building that will incorporate an administration/reception area, student services, toilet amenities, five classrooms and smaller breakout rooms, as well as a staffroom.
This project was deferred for a period due to COVID-19 and will continue throughout 2021.
Once complete, the project will create a new entry to the St Paul’s Warragul Junior School.
