Ida Whiteman - Class of 2006

From her leadership roles as Gilmore Deputy House Captain, School Prefect and Junior School Captain, Ida is a firm believer that “St Paul’s is a school that fosters your development regardless of your strengths”.

Ida has not only been awarded an MBBS with honours from Monash University, alongside a Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney, but she has also been awarded the ‘Helen and Michael Gannon John Monash Scholarship’.

Ida shares our commitment to pursuing every child’s potential through supporting the health and development of Indigenous Australians in the Northern Territory, volunteering in Nepal after the 2015 earthquake crisis and currently working as a paediatric doctor at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
